FEES AND REGISTRATION

• The registration fee covers access to all conference activities, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks.
• The Saturday evening Gala dinner is a freely selectable option. It costs 35€ additionally and must be paid with the registration.
• The “Music and image” workshop is limited to 20 participants. Please indicate your choice on the registration form. Once the workshop is full, remaining participants will be transferred to the parallel workshop.

FOR EARLY BIRD fees the payment should be done before 1st of August.

Transfer of Registration

We understand that plans can change. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant free of charge until 20th of October.
